This is my homebrew ham project - a HF QRP transceiver. The radio consist of two boards - UI and RF, the enclosure has three parts plus the encoder knobs and buttons.

Front, middle and back panels needs to be flipped in Replicator, so the large flat side sits on the heated bed. I use 200 micron resolution to print them and takes about 4 hours per piece.
The VFO knob and the buttons are easy to print, higher resolution would help here if you have the time.
The trick with the small encoder knob is to use the Multiply feature of Replicator and print four the same time, this will prevent shrinking/collapsing of the thing into itself.
