Raid pass for Pokemon Go. Found a couple online that were a bit chunky and didn't look quite right. Put this together as my first project in Fusion 360.
Print, paint, glue.
I added a little pocket under the bottom cover so some simple LED's can be added for a glowing effect. I added hot glue to defuse the light. The cover acts as a switch with just some aluminum foil. When it is pulled away it breaks the connection.
I had to split the model into smaller parts cause my print size is limited to 120mm. You can use the merge option in Cura and merge multiple parts if you have a larger print bed. This will allow you to print the body of the pass whole. You can then print the top and bottom cover separate.
Edit: This was my very first design for 3D printing and I did not account for tolerances. The covers will be a bit tight if printed normal. I recommend scaling the width of the cover a bit to account for the lack of tolerance space when slicing.
The only part that needs support is Raid_Top.stl, the lanyard/ribbon loop at the top floats a bit off the build surface. Every other part can be printed without supports. Print the "Conduit" parts horizontally for better strength. The top and bottom covers should be printed vertically.
