I've printed both with and without supports. I'm not sure how to cleanup up the area where the Fitbit goes without ruining the whole thing.

I use the Simplify3D slicer, which generates supports that are very easy to remove. You can also select "include supports" in Customizer and it will include some easy to remove supports into the design. Makerware's generated support is much harder to remove.

Printed in Taulamn's t-glase Orion Blue and Black. They're both amazing looking materials, though it's pretty hard to photograph black.

What kind of material is used in this?? Where can I get it??

Taulman3d ( http://taulman3d.com _ produces a range of filaments. You can buy them directly or through Amazon (http://www.amazon.com/s/ref=bl_sr_industrial?ie=UTF8&field-brandtextbin=Taulman&node=16310091) or through many 3D printing stores.

The filament I like for this is t-glase, which is extremely strong and looks great.
