SmartRap Mini 2
After more tests of the plate prints and assemblies, fixed a problem with the flex extruder, the inner dia on the exit side was too large causing feeding frustrations as the filament would hang on the lip of the brass fitting. The basic extruder was ok as I did not increase the dia on that original part.
Added the antiwobble part to the Y-plate, and made the bearing standoff on the Y-plate 1mm taller to avoid interference fit issues.
All cad files rezipped and relabeled.
Revised Manual, added GT2 belt info, Marlin, and stepper setup info. More links.
Revised Plates. removed ramps base, added gt2 parts, reorganized to be 3 plates. Should only be about 15hrs print time now.
Zip file now contains all marlin configs for 1.1.7, 1.1.8, and 1.1.9
Added PDF SmartRapMini2 Manual.

An update and revision of a classic RepRap design. Started by Smarfriendz, this design evolved for a few years then seem to disappear. I liked the minimalist design concept and tried to make one. But the many revisions and spinoffs left many confused as to what parts were needed for which version.
So I picked up as many parts as I could find and began to piece it together. When many pieces did not have CAD files I redrew them in SolveSpace and began to tinker. So now all but a handful of parts have new CAD files. These are included in the zip file.

The "version 2" here uses an E3Dv6 clone hotend, fishing line, RAMPS 1.4 and linear bearings on steel rods. GT2 parts are included.
This printer is a nice design, unheated bed, about 50mm/s maybe 60mm/s with good tuning. It is easily expanded to take a heated bed if you upgrade the power supply.
The design here will yield a plate printed area of 160mmx220mmx200mm.
Fishing line limits the max plate to 220x220x200mm. GT2 belt will allow for larger sizes.
