Hay Jordan. I wanted to suggest a couple modifications that could help improve it. Thickening the loops that the bits slide under & bits at the end that fit into the slots of the DeWalt case are taped, where as yours are strait. I used the *.f3d file that you included (thanks for posting that by the way, hugely helpful & appreciated!) But I couldn't figure out how to edit the things at the ends to taper them like what the case has. You used features in Fusion that I didn't even know were there. Lol, I'm obviously still learning it. O' and I can't figure out how to get all 3 bodies to go to print together. :-/

Thanks, Dao20. I actually did a little improvement on it before (that was never posted), and so I went back and also fixed the taper on the dovetails, as you suggested. I just uploaded Version 3. I haven't actually tried printing this version, yet. Let me know how it goes!

The measurements are indeed off.
Top of the piece 5.6mm on the inside & 6.4mm outside
Bottom of the piece 4.5mm inside & 5.2mm

I printed one in PLA and tried it out. It seemed to be a bit off, so I edited slightly. I think these dimensions are much better, at least they turned out well for me.

Sweet man thanks. I'll download & toss it on the printer before I head to bed.

Very awesome Thank you. I implemented some other changes & I am including the .f3d file here. Hope you don't mind, but I'm going to upload it on my Thingiverse page as a version of yours. I'm not sure how to connect my updated version to yours, but I promiss I'll figure it out. :-)
