Okey so first i hope i share this under the right licens.
i love the compact size of the Prusa i3 mm extruder they use in there Multimaterial machines.
i needed a compact dual extruder for my Hypercube evo so i started to think.
I can remake that to work.
so it is designed to it will work with the stock levers from Prusa and be run with Bondtech gears.
or as a singel gear with a 3x10x4 bearing.
there is 2 options on the leaver.
melt a brass insert so u can retighten it alot. or print the selfthreading part.
and it´s made to run a mk8 feeding gear. with the grubscrew filled down so it does not stick out :)
i will also upload a single extruder version with a left or right body.
to assamble this use m3x18 for the bearing adapter. and M10 bowden fittings.
and for the Mounting i used 35mm screws instead of 30mm that prusa use. guide says.
and u need 2 distans big and 2 distans small.. :) if your not printing the single extruder version then u just need 1 of each ;)
and the nuts are remade to be normal hexagon m3 nuts.
here is Prusa´s assembly manual
