I have completely redone the mount for chopper. The old mount was not strong enough for the forces when moving or driving chopper around. This new mount is designed to fix that issue. It uses the same front mount holes as the original mount but now is designed to have a 1x4 span the entire area of the skirt.
3 - #1/4 inch three inch machine screws, washers, and nuts for the wheel mount to the wood.
1 - #10 two inch sheet metal screw for the front of the wheel mount to the wood
3 - #10 one inch wood screw for the base mounts to the wood
5 - 1/4 in 1.5 inch machine screws, washers, and nuts for the mounts to the skirt.
You will have to drill into the rear skirt to get the 1/4 inch bolt mounted
update 11/18/18 - Rotated the front mount as printing it this way leads to a much stronger part

With the way this has been redesigned the stress are spread over a much larger area so the part does not need to be made as strong. I'm using PLA for mine printed as oriented without supports for the wood mounts. You will want supports for the wheel mount
Step 1. Trace the skirt onto the 1x4 and use a jigsaw to cut the curve so the 1x4 fits inside the skirt. Then using the 1/4 screws install the front and rear supports. Once the fronts support is in secure the wood with the 1 inch wood screws from the top. Then mark and drill the holes for the rear mount
Next find the center line and place the wheel mount 5mm back from the front of the skirt. using the wood screw find the center and mark the location for that screw. Then mark the other three. Drill the pilot holes for the machine screws and test fit. You will need to drill a hole in the center near where the mount is so you can access the nut for the caster. Once that is made install everything and then slide the caster in using the opening to secure the nut.
