Nice!!! I was looking for something like and now it seems I've found a gold mine...

I apologize for the confusion. When I modeled these parts the CAD unit was meters.
All you need to do when you print them is scale up 10x, and the parts are perfect.

I'm intrigued, and thoroughly confused. Every one of these STL's are coming out micro-sized. Is there a scaling factor somewhere I'm missing? I printed the makerbeam and it came out 20mm wide. When I print these connectors, the connector part that fits into the beam comes out <2mm.

Very cool trying to build the linear slide but can exactly figure it out? Is all parts needed in this thingy to build everything in the pics? Is stepper dual end with mounting holes.stl used for top and bottom? What partname holds the nut in the center? Thanks i'm enjoying very much!

Very, very nice job. I would like to contribute with two comments.

1- Chain and sprocket transmission induces a kind of pulse related to the chain pitch.

2- Rack and pinion transmission can achieves better performance with an evolvent profile for the pinion teeth

Thanks for sharing,

Wow...Are you making a completely printed 3d printer???? Ive been working on a design for about 4 months now but it looks like youve beat me to it...any chance youll be publishing your completed design???

Hi, I'm making a 3D printed stainer for Immunohistochemistry not a 3D printer, but if there's anything I can do to help with your project, let me know! My best, R

Sorry it took so long: "Final Parts.zip is the last file in "Download This Thing" section.

Any chance of ZIPing them? Easier download.
