I am guessing the connector slides onto the top cap that is printed. My connector's hole seems just too small to slip over. I have an MK3 I printed this on. Is there usually some variance between printers? I could probably use my files to sand off just enough.

The frame holder will actually get in the way of the carriage when printing on the far right side of the print area. I designed a coupling mount that zip ties to the power supply to eliminate this interference: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2929382

I remade a cap/filament cover to have M6 threads in it for the pneumatic fitting -- I'm curious why you make yours to have a removable friction fit? Is there an advantage for messing with the extruder?

Is there any need to reprint the top cap and connector parts if I'm already using the v1 of this thing?
