Made for the T3D backers who received a prototype printer. A number of the original vats that came with the prototype leaked and made the prototype unusable. This replaces the base of the printer and the prototype vat with a reusable frame that takes FEP film.

Please use this at your own risk. I make no claims.

awesome, love the innovation. still waiting on mine...any chance you could upload some print examples? really looking forward to seeing what this printer can do

The first two images are the latest print I've made. It came out better than the previous prints I've also attached. I'm experimenting to find the right cure times and the best FEP film to use. Keep in mind that this is the prototype. These parts won't fit on the retail version.

Awesome! Thanks for uploading. You know for what it is and the price point that's some great detail. I think once the retail unit gets out and some revisions and improvements happen this could be a really solid printer.

are there any reviews of this printer?

This is only the prototype, not the retail printer yet. One backer did upload a review of the prototype to google docs here: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1st9TXBGUQuazdE4WkGOMTFJ4EjhsgxWQnu086ytqRKk/edit

Awesome, thanks DataDink :)
