How much infill do you recommend?

It would be awesome if you were to build a video tutorial on youtube and show how you built this model. I find so many complex models like this one (complex to me) and I would love to know how they were built.

does this print without supports? there looks to be some big overhangs.

Prints decently well without supports. I usually need to clean up the groves a bit with a knife, but not much to worry about.

Thanks for the heads up.

I guess that is what happens from time to time with a very permissive license (although attribution should be given).

I looked at the design of the linked item, and it looks a little bit different, though. If it is based on my design, the person must have gone through some hurdles to remove a couple of nice features.

For this item, though, I am happy if it comes to use. And if the person earns a lot of money, I hope he/she donates some to people nearby in need.

Could you post the CAD file too? Such as a .stp

Hi, all you need is found here: https://a360.co/2GmrRrj

I have no clue how to export it from there, but Fusion 360 is easy to install and is free for hobbyists.

Thank You Very Much!

Does NOT fit 20v Lion Batteries

Same issue here. Printed at 101% and now they fit like they should.

Worked fine on all of my 20v Dewalt batteries. A bit snug on first use but my prints fit perfectly.
