There's a huge gap in the tank body on both sides. It falls apart after printing in a bigger scale. Is this normal?

I think you're talking about the cutouts for the turret. For large scales it makes sense to print with support. This should solve the problem.

The problem is different.
There is a minimum gap in these places.
(scale = 200 %)

You're right. The model consists of several grouped parts. Some slicers have problems with it. I'm trying to fix the problem by merging the parts. At the moment I am testing this with different software. When the problem is solved, I'll get back to you.

Maybe it's enough to merge these elements

Today I replaced the old hull file(v1) by a new file (v2). Version 1 consisted of grouped parts that could cause problems when printing. In version 2, these individual parts have been merged into one part. You can download the files from Thingiverse.

Wow! Now I just have to print this and turn it into beautiful, burned wreckage :D Thanks!
Are there any chances for SU-85? :)

I think during the next days the SU-85 will be finished. Test print is running.

Love your sectioning of the sherman, is it possible to section the gun off the turret so it can be printer vertical. No supports?

I updated the stl-files. There is an additional turret with seperated gun barrel to be printed without support.

Awesome thank you.
