I'm unlucky with that stock drive gear and curved bearing combo. It cuts into filament too much and regulary starting to push filament with varying speed.
I have tried mk7 drive gear with a bearing that I had from other projects and it worked very well.
So I designed this version of the extruder. It uses the spring and some screws from the original Anet A6 extruder.
You will also need MK7 drive gear and 688 ball bearing (you can adjust the pole for the bearing for 625 one... step-files included). And ofcourse an M6 threaded coupling for bowden tube.
Add a nut with a washer to vary the sprint strength.

Need a little of support on bottom cutout of the handle part. Rest can be printed without support.
