Qidi Tech 1 (possibly X-Pro as well) filament tube support/guide assembly.
UPDATE 03/04/18 - added left and right versions of the tube guide arms that include 2.5mm pilot holes - drill out after printing and install M3 set screws. Be careful you don't squash the PTFE tubes and disrupt the filament path.
Please note this assembly replaces basically everything at the back of the machine relating to the guide tubes - including the silly clips let let things move up and down, and even the clamp that holds the wire bundle in place.
The top side of the assembly takes 6mm OD PTFE tube (as supplied) and 4mm OD PTFE tube from the bottom side (not supplied) - if you don't have the 4mm tube, the filament can just go straight up - I use the 4mm to guide a longer run to external spools.
Print with 3 perimeters, 25% rectilinear infill, 0.2mm layer height, orientation as per attached image. I used PLA since there are a few overhangs and voids and they need to print accurately for best fit, however I'm sure with a tuned setup ABS or PETG would work fine too.
It's not a structural component so strength isn't a particular issue, nor is thermal resistance, so PLA is the logical choice.
You will require 7 x 12mm M3 cap-head bolts to install, as per photos - don't try and re-use the existing M3 screws - too short.
Remove all the gubbins at the rear and clean up.
Install the main mounting plate with a single 12mm M3 bolt to hold it in place.
Hold the wire bundle in the centre and install clamp with 2 x 12mm M3 bolts.
Install the left and right tube guides with 2 x 12mm M3 bolts each. Replace guide tubes in top of new assembly.
