Really nice work. What height drawers are you using these in?

The mill collet holders are in a 2" drawer.

just wondering what type of cnc you are running and I see R8 collets but some kinda quick change ones in the front row?

It's a converted Grizzly G0704. The spindle uses R8 collets, but for most CNC work, I use the Tormach Tooling System (TTS). It's a short 3/4" R8 collet that takes tool holders that also register on the spindle nose face for repeatable Z height. In the front row, you see ten ER25 collet holders for the system and two 1/4" drill chucks. On the left, you see a boring head with a shop-made TTS shank and in the right-front corner there's a slitting saw arbor and a face mill that all work with the system.

Very very nice. How well is z height held with it collet to shank repeatedly?

It's a high-pressure, zero-tolerance fit, so if the spindle nose and the tool holder are in good shape, the registration is exact.

Super handy! Thanks for sharing!
