Can they be attach and detach after printed?

This is great! You don't print them face down? Depending on the surface, might make it shiny :) I made a set of chainmail years ago. The hexagonal links are the key, I think. However, you would want to weave sections together and/or repair it.

Looks great, may take a stab at it.

Can I print it in PLA?

I have managed to do this on the Raise3D Pro2 with a raft. Trying right now without.

Simplify 3D can't slice this properly, the loops seem to extend through the bottom. The repair functions had no effect. See screenshot.

This design is incredibly similar to one that I designed a few years ago. https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1813569 Was your design based off of this?

Hexagonal Chailmail

No, my design was based on the instructions provided in the description of this: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2437081 That's why it has the extra supporting loops compared to yours.

I like your design though - especially the crushable sections that make it joinable. Nice idea!

Juuuuust going to do a shameless plug for the modular version of this that exists: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1549131

This design is stronger than the hexmail I linked to, so hopefully soon I'll be able to make a design that allows you to combine them, so you have strong segments with modular edges. Was this made in openscad? If so can we get the scad file? that would make it much easier for me to create such a thing.

Hexmail - hex chainmail

Sorry, this wasn't made in openscad. I look forward to seeing a hybrid strong/modular design though.

I roughly followed the instructions provided in the description of https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2437081 but adapted them from square to hexagonal symmetry, if that helps.

Good luck!
