I created another version of this with a little sharper airfoils. Had it printed and it does fly ok: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:28862 .

Laser / resistor housing

rescaled at 2100% (probably in inches) and printed. they fly ok though the airfoil is a little light so gonna try again after scaling up the z axis by a bit.
