After the Lambda Class Shuttle Landing Gear I set out to work on a Millennium Falcon gear to be able to display my favourite space ship landed, in a docking bay. The frame is thin but strong enough not to break and does not need any support, which allows for a clean print. Although sufficiently robust, the support frame can flex around the curves of the Falcon to align with the ship's body. The landing gear sections have holes the legs can be smugly inserted into, this way they can be printed separately without any support too. The outcome is a clean landing gear needing no hour-long filing sessions. I recommend to print a few legs to spare.
