Here's a gear based design that reminds me of a Venus fly trap (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Venus_flytrap) in the process of capturing an inspect. All it needs is a bug inside!
To create it, I started with flat gears in Fusion360 and used ZBrush 2018 to deform them. Then I brought them back into Fusion where I combined them into one object.
Because of the many gear teeth, there is a considerable amount of stringing. If anyone prints it without the strings, I'd be interested in the settings that work the best.
This design is prone to stringing so I suggest some experimenting to reduce it.
