This is a holder for 3 different lock types: Euro cylinders, Rim Cylinders and KIK cylinders. This holder needs to have some round threaded metal inserts adding post print. In this model, 5mm diameter inserts can be used.
I use support with overhangs of 20% to preserve the shape of the insert holes which will take a max diameter of 5 mm.
I use ironing on the top layer.
Threaded insert glue in post-print allow for thumb turn screws to secure locks in the holder.
Use an appropriate, strong glue to add round threaded inserts with a maximum outer diameter of 5 mm. I use M4 female threaded hex rods that are 15mm in length for the sides and cut 5-6mm lengths for the underside.
I would recommend M4 thumb turn screws of 25mm in length.
Ledge interacts with rear mounts of most rim cylinders
Rim cylinder sits flush due to countersink
Bottom threaded insert
Short euros still have room for cam movement
KIK held in by thumb turn screws
