This is a remix of muckychris nice T-800 edit.

Because i had big problems to slice his model with slic3r, i repaired a lot of errors. Now you can slice it without any problems.

Also i added an extra support for the chin, which is especially helpful it you print it scaled down.

The whole model is printable without more supports!

Print the model without any extra support.

I suggest 2 or 3 perimeters and 0% to 20% infill.

scale to 50%, layer height 0.2mm, print speed 50mm/s, travel speed 80mm/s, 0% infill, using cura 2.7.0
if print with no support, anycubic i3 mega will fail to print the bottom few layers (below the tooth).
if you try to print it without support, try to scale down the model first.

Only small problem is the rear tube on one side, did not seem to build correctly, could be the 5% fill i used ?

Ultimaker 2 Extended- Did not need a raft, worked great!

Scaled up to max on my modified Printrbot Simple, my build area is 200mm cubes, so it was slightly larger than the model.

Came out great! Gonna definately add a light on the inside to give it a good glow!

What a great peace! I printed one in florescent yellow. Looks wicked under a black light! I scaled it down to 0.68, printing info set to...

layer height 0.2mm, fill density 10 - honeycomb, speed at 55 mm/s, brim width at 4mm, Filament 1.75, Extruder heat 190, bed heat 75. Extrusion Multiplier 1.5 and the nozel bit is 0.3. Then I baby sit it for the first 2 hours making sure the chin lines up. I supported the front chin peace with some prestic.

The total print took over 7 hours. Making a second one that will be custom painted by Gordon Smith from Original Gee Graffiti. Will post photos.

Ultimaker 2 - needs raft | 0.7xSize | 0.13 infill | 6.5 hours

Marker Bot x2
6.5 hrs Build Time
No Supports or Rafts
Walls = 3
Extrude and Travel Speed = 190mm/s

It seems that your made is missing.

Chin supports worked like a charm!

Before this change i had big troubles to fix the chin till it connects to the head (at 70% scale).
I´m glad to hear that it works not only at my maschine.

The chin was actually tilting back and forth on mine until it connected to the head, but it still worked somehow haha
