I designed this in Google Sketchup. I don't know of any plugins that will produce a DXF file, sorry.

i printed this on a solidoodle 2. the left part of the circle came out too thin and the left half half of the skull ( the robotic part) came out a bit jumbled. the right half and the gears all look great.

Yeah, I had to run the STL through Netfabb. A lot of the sides have the wrong face out.
