Print Thing TagSummary
This baby or pet gate baseboard bracket is designed to enable the use of certain types of pressure mounted baby or pet gates against a baseboard with quarter round.
Revision 3 has two screw holes and is intended to be printed using PLA or ABS. Installation requires two appropriately sized screws per bracket because the bracket can slide too easily if mounted by compression alone.
Revision 2 does not have any screw holes and is intended to be printed using Ninjaflex filament so that it can better adhere to the baseboard (see picture).

Notes:
Revision 3 is intended for hard materials such as PLA or ABS with 25-35% infill, 3 shells/perimeters, and 4 top/bottom layers.
Revision 2 is intended for Ninjaflex with 60-90% infill, 3 shells/perimeters, and 4 top/bottom layers. Note that I have not had much success printing a clean/smooth overhang with Ninjaflex; I am currently experimenting with supports made of harder filament materials.
How I Designed This
I recycled the sketch from my original design and made it simpler, yet stylish, by removing the spokes and by making it more round.
