The little plastic handle on the end of the lock handle broke on my GE oven. I modeled it in sketchup and printed it and the replacement works pretty well.

Print with the opening down. Make sure you use a slow(ish) speed, or set your minimum wait time. The top ends up getting overheated quickly, you can see it a little bit in my pictures.
It fits fairly well, but if you want a tighter fit you might resize it down a couple percent. It's also a little thick, and it could probably be thinned down a bit. I included the sketchup skp file so you can make edits as necessary, if necessary.
None. I could probably have printed it again to fix the weirdness at the end, but it's not really heavily utilized enough to count.
I used a digital caliper to take measurements of the original, then recreated it as best as I could in sketchup. Had to go through a few different iterations to get one that fit well enough.
