Nice design, but is it possible to have the "usual" profile that guides the part onto V-slots like #pekcitron serie?

I chose not to do this because of how much harder it would be to print. I preferred to have it this way and not need to use any support when printing.

Nice design, works great with full Bear MK3.

Nice, I printed one of these from the original https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2786671 and it worked very well for my Mk3.
I'm now looking at doing a full bear upgrade or zaribo and looking for similar functionality. Think I'm leaning to the bear, but the x tensioner is not present, yet, and a V3 was recently mentioned.
Glad to find some of the bits I've been looking for. I also modified the MV part for my idler width (in Fusion360).

Could you kindly upload the source files?

This was designed in TinkerCad so I'm not sure what you'd like.

Any chance we could convince you to make a 16T version as well, to make with RHDreambox's excellent belt holder?

Hi does this work for Full Bear MK3?

As I only have a full bear MK2.5, I can't say for certain. Looking at the differences, I would be pretty sure that it would but I have not tried it.

Very nice, thank you for sharing. Could I add this to the optional parts here : https://github.com/gregsaun/prusa_i3_bear_upgrade/blob/master/optional_parts.md ?
