I looked and couldn't find a flexible dragon for my son. I messed with a dragon model that can be found here: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:570345 and ended up changing it to make my Flexi Dragon. Thank you muzz64 for this model. A bit of work to flatten it out and articulated it and it is my first attempt at making something articulated so I plan on a few updates. I recommend some light sanding to round off the wings. The original is around 160.65 mm wide but try not to scale it down too much as it may make the articulations weak. The print in the picture is at 80%.and is the smallest I recommend making it. Please like and post your makes. Happy printing y'all.
Big thanks to Neyrs for his articulation models and tutorial found at: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2840744/#files
I have listened to input that I've been given on the model and have changed the size and thickness to make it even better as well as easier to print. The pictures now show the new model.
The new model is 114mm long and 14mm thick. Just print the model at 100% and no need to down scale the model at all. It stands up much better now. Please download the new file.
Due to many personal requests my prototype two winged version now available at: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2931629
The two winged version requires skills and not really meant for beginners.
Please make sure to sand the wings a bit as they could have some sharp edges.
