The smaller nozzle doesn't concentrate the airflow, it just makes the cooling area smaller.

I guess that depends on what fan you use. Pumping the same amount of air through a smaller hole gives a stronger flow. If the fans rubbish though then it probably won't make much difference. Many people are using this without issue though so your mileage may vary.

the angle of the part fan bracket does not look the same from the real part and the photo.
On the photot it hangs more to the fan, as it should.
The stl file bracket has a 90 degrees corner, thats too straight.

There has also been a make posted of this where you can photos of someone else's install using these files

I am sorry, I do not quite understand what you mean. The photos are of my own machine, using the exact stl files that I uploaded.

The fan can be angled up or down to be as close to the fan as you require it. The bracket is L shaped and has a 90 degree upright but is then angled to the left so that the centre of the fan duct lines up with the centre of the nozzle.
