Does the big sleeve box use hinge 1 or hinge 2? I tried both test hinges and I need to print the hinge 2 version of the box. Also would it be possible to upload a version of the big box that is solid instead of latticed? I would fix this myself, but I loose too much detail trying to convert the mesh to a solid in Fusion 360.

This weekend I will modify the big box for you.
The magic_box was the first design.
it use hinge 1.
this information is missing in the thing details
I will update it.
thanks for the note.
would a Mtg_Deck_Box in the new design with two Card lines be useful?

That would be awesome! I love the design of the solid box, but I want to use the big box so I can put both of my decks in one box. Thanks for taking the time to modify the file/make a new one to fit my needs. Please don't try and rush it on my account, I understand how people need to do other things so don't feel like you need to get to it this weekend if you are/get busy, I can wait patiently as long as I know it will get done :). Thanks a ton and I really love the design, its practical and stylish, you even thought about a dice tray!

I finished the box.
It can be downloaded as Mtg_Big_Deck_Box.
Thanks for the interest in the Mtg Deck Box
Have fun :)

Thanks so much! I can't wait to print this and I'll be sure to upload a picture of it once it's done.

just have to say love the box done 3 so far

thanks for your feedback :)

Excellent hinged deckbox. The first hinge prints beautifully for me and always works. Can fit a single sleeved commander deck or 75 double sleeved cards with divider. Does not fit traditional dividers(the ones that are slightly tall), so 3d print some to your sleeve size and you'll be fine.

Thanks for your feedback.
The dividers is a good idea :)

Hey,

I printed the deckbox, with hinge type 1, but I can't get it to rotate.
How can I resolve this? The deckbox looks really good though, so I hope I can fix this.

I printed the 2 sample hinges, but when I tried to rotate them they just broke. How does it work?
I'm printing on the Ultimaker S5, with the recommended settings.

I made a small test sample of the box 30% sized, and the hinges did not swivel. Wondering how it works? Mine just tore apart.

I do not know if a resized box works.
the space in the hinge is 0.3mm, wenn you resize it is the space too small to print.

Would it be possible for you to separate the top and body of the Mtg_Deck_Box_Solid_2 so that it can print on a smaller bed?

Here are the files.
parts must be glued together

Hey, awesome deck box, printed perfectly and the hinge works great, but would you mind making the exact same box except with the Pokemon logo on the side? I would really appreciate it.

Thanks

Awesome! the lattice printed perfectly! (just like you said) and the hinge works great. I really appreciate you doing this. Merry Christmas!

Nice deck box !
But it's quite long to print because of all the small movements ( ~12h with 0.2mm). But I really like the hinge and closing mechanic.
I don't know if it's hard to do or not, but, do you think it could be possible to do some king of remix of this box, without all the holes, and thinner walls when possible ? Just to make the printing faster ?
I ask just in case, I don't want to bother you if it's a big task ^^

hi, I am currently working on a remake with easier cards access.
The release will probably be in 1-2 weeks.
I will look this time that it does not take as long to print

Ok ! very nice ! I will wait that :)
Thank you for your work :)

I have published it now. I think it's better than the old design

Oh wow !
Seems very nice !
I will print one today to try it !
Thank you very much !
