This is a new and improved version of my pinch wheel filament extruder design for the RepRap project. It works pretty darn well, and I'm quite happy with it. More details coming soon.

If you print the layers out in eDrawings at a scale ratio of 1:25.4, they will print with accurate dimensions. The height is 74.5 mm and the width is 80 mm. Oh, to view each layer separately just go to the layers selection.

Maybe it's just me, but the DXF is a flat image. I am using the eDrawings viewer so it may be that but all I see is the overview, the the individual parts of the assembly.

I agree. this file does not port into my drawing application well. Err this is kind of lame.

This seems like a stupid question but... Do you have a the laser cutting files as images? I was going to try to make the parts manually but can't figure out how to get them on paper. :'( or if theres another way. Thanks for your help, I feel pretty stupid now.
