I really liked the SHIELD and Hydra emblems by tekkou (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2857756) and fancied a two sided drinks coaster.
so I designed this
due to tolerance issues, I find that if you print the outer ring at 100.7% scale, it requires no fiddling around afterwards.
there is a small notch in each emblem, and a matching ridge in the outer ring - this ensures that the logos are exactly lined up on each side.
they are the right size to hold a normal cup.
flip them to show your allegiance......................................
rotate the Shield logo 180 degrees, as otherwise it will print upside down (or not, as you wish)
scale the outer ring (file 1) to 100.7% - this should allow for a friction fit of the parts (assuming you print the other two parts at 100%)
as I don't currently have multiple colours, I will prime and paint mine, and may fill them with resin (that is the reason the outer ring is slightly deeper than the emblems)
I imported the original model files from tekkou to Tinkercad, ensured they were exactly the same size (100mm square), added a notch in each one, and then built a ring that would hold them
