A simple customizable bracelet. The band has a circular cross section, flattened on the sides to facilitate easy printing. You control the inner (wrist) diameter, the band diameter, and the number of notches.

Less stretchy than my ruffled bracelet because the curved inner and outer surfaces yield no easily-bent straight corners, but still quite flexible.

The output is a solid model intended to be printed with no infill and no top or bottom layers. (Makerware users may find this how-to helpful.)

Sample bracelet printed in sky blue Colorfabb PHA/PLA with my Printrbot Simple at 195 degrees C. 0.3 mm layer height.

I recommend printing with no raft or brim so that both sides of the bracelet are clean and clear of burrs or extra material. So, make sure your bed is level and you have good adhesion.

I failed printing it.
I use repetier host and slic3r

It looks like you printed it with infill or too many perimeters. The design is intended to be printed with no infill and just a single perimeter.

Love the Cat :-) I use this design to demo the machine

Can I have the file for the cat? ;)

Flashforge dreamer 3d printer. autodesk 123d design software. Dremel software.

how do I make this. the whole thing is solid. how do i make it so i can put my hand through it.

The trick is to tell your print software not to print any infill or top or bottom layers. (It is simpler for me to generate solid models to be printed this way than to guess exactly how thick to make the walls so they will print flexible on each printer, which varies.) Let me know what sort of printer or print software you use and I may be able to provide more specific advice.

CoolCat! greetings from Germany

Cat says its too big for me, make me a smaller one !!

+5 points for implying that you eat cans of blackeye beans for dinner

Haha, I was waiting for someone to comment on that! tallies up points

+10 points for having your cat in the demo video

Looks almost exactly like the one I designed for printing in nylon because the usual designs were too stretchy in that material, except mine has the inner and outer curve a bit closer together.
They feel really cool printed in nylon, and can be turned inside-out and look the same, you should try it.

I just turned this one inside out - huh, cool!
I haven't had a chance to print anything in nylon but I am curious about different materials.
