Hello m8,
How did you model it? i would like to print a race board like the star-board or similar
Thank you

I modelled it using the "Solid" Workspace in Fusion 360, but it was one of my harder designs with a design time of at least 15h. It was fun, but it took some creative thinking to solve the curvature in more than one dimension.

First step was to trace the top-down outline from a photo, then I traced it from the side, making small adjustments to all angles to allow it to be printed in vase mode. Then I combined both sides into simple faces that I connected with a face loft. I made the embossed features by unfolding a reference sheet with the sheet metal workspace, tracing the original patterns and then bending it back and combining both bodies.

The socket was easy and straight-forwards in comparison, I only needed to use the board as a cutting tool for the base model and adjust some clearances to allow it to snap into it.

I am sure there are better ways to design it, my design history is cluttered with wrong attempts, but this should at least point you into the right direction.
