You can trim the Sonoff's upper shell's openings too accommodate a little room for the ground wire; not only does this seem to work fine, but making the bottom panel shaped to handle a wire would mean making it thicker. I appreciate this overall design in that you can save filament by using one of the stock parts, which is handily the part that includes the printed info.

My suggestion for this model would be making the screw hole posts thicker. I've used a few different filaments, and it seems that the posts snap easily once subjected to the torque of a a screw being driven in. Even gently widening the holes with a drill for less resistance will yield at least one snapped post. I'd make them twice as thick, at least. There's a lot of stress there.

Hey wTz,

the nozzle diameter is 0,4mm

nozzle diameter? walls of baseplate seem to be too thin with 0,4mm nozzle

Great design! I've always struggled to fit thicker cables in the sonoff basic, but this solves the problem!
can't wait to print this!

Nice work - can you design one for the earthing wire to be in closed

Agreed, this would be a perfect enclosure if it had a path for routing the ground wire as well.
