It would be great if one part stl is available...

I'm slowly converting my models to MMU, multi-material. The end product can be printed as a multi-material model or simply printed as one piece. Patience!

Teamwork,
Steve

Well, I have just finished the Mad Hatter, so I've come back to Thingiverse to start another project, and what do I find? A new Reddadsteve design. Happy days are here again!

This is particularly good, as 'Her Indoors' had asked about Pebbles and Bam Bam when I printed the rest of the Flintstones. I'm going to print this model, and place it in position with Fred and Wilma, and see how long it takes her to notice.....

I had to look up 'Her Indoors'! I'm always learning something.

BamBam will be my next project once I get back to modeling again.

Ah, yes, British sayings can be a bit obtuse. I bet you had to look up what ten shillings and sixpence was for your Mad Hatter's hat. Sadly, I can easily remember pre-decimalisation currency. 10/6 is currently worth 68 cents, so that's quite a bargain for a new top hat!

Just finished Pebbles. Came out GREAT!!!

Thank you for posting your make, looks beautiful!

Steve

YES!!! Another one to make!!!

Keep posting your makes, as you have been, and I'll keep modeling!

Teamwork,
Steve

Another amazing model, thank you. I love to print them after my new printer come. Thank you for models again. Bammbamm is next i think so :) Have a nice day. Regards.

Once your new printer comes in, I expect to see great things from you.

I have a few personal projects lined up, but most likely BamBam will be the next model after that.

Teamwork,
Steve

i just Yabadabadoed when I saw Pebbles! The family keeps on growing!
Thank You Steve, briliant work once again!

Need to go and buy an orange 50g sample bag , hehehe

Doesn't shipping cost more than the sample bag?

Another option is to buy a package of filaments for 3D printing pens. They offer good color combinations, it just depends on how long each piece is.

Either way, there are now many options for makers to buy smaller rolls of filament than there was a year or two ago.

Steve

Hehe , usualy it does, but im a lucky Printer Operator! I've got a reprap shop 5 min away from home that sells samples of all colours . And 500g spools , usually around 12/15€. Its a perfect size for me. Oh.... and lots and lots of colours available.

Love it, will print this weekend :D

Thank you!

And don't forget to post 'family' pictures.

Teamwork,
Steve

<3 Love it!
You have outdone yourself again.
My to-print list keep getting longer... "orders orange pla"

Thank you!

As for ordering more filament, be sure to read the comments above for buying options.

I love seeing makes, so be sure to post all your makes of my models, it inspires me to continue modeling.

Teamwork,
Steve

I'm especially looking forward to seeing what backgrounds you come up with for the picture of this model!

Teamwork,
Steve

As always Fantastic!
Got it on the printer NOW!
Here's hoping BamBam is next to complete the set.
Oh and the darn CAT!

I'm curious to see who posts their make first. Looks like you have a head start, assuming you have the right colors.

Since Pebbles and BamBam are small, they present new modeling/printing challenges for me. That's what took me so long to start Pebbles. Hopefully I can work out the logistics for BamBam.

Funny thing about the cat, I remember him/her from the cartoon, but he rarely shows up in any on-line searches for Flintstones.

Teamwork,
Steve

I have all the colors except the skin only got a little bit of that left but will have some by Sunday courtesy of Amazon!
The cat was called Baby Puss I found a bunch of pictures by searching for Flintstones Saber Tooth cat.

Here is a good one http://flintstones.wikia.com/wiki/Baby_Puss

I think that I'll take a break from the Flintstones once I get to BamBam.

Hope you get the right skin filament. Each time I try and reorder a skin color I wind up getting a different color than the previous batch. Very frustrating. My Flinstones family was printed over a two year span and I have three different skin colors. Oh well, maybe I can chalk that up to sunburn in Bedrock.

Are you trying to say something? Can't quite figure it out with all that noise of a prehistoric club banging around.

Guess that I've got my work cut out for me.

Teamwork,
Steve

I was just encouraging you to work on BamBam with my BamBam chant.

Thank you!

BTW, I see that you found a way to post your make of my Calvin and Hobbes model on Thingiverse. Did you ever finish the creek bed?

Teamwork,
Steve

Not yet, I've been experimenting with a vinyl cutter and a laser cutter to see what kinds of leaves and undergrowth I can create. Once that's ready I'll start tying it all together.

Thank you!

I see from your other makes that you have a multi-color printer. I'm trying to decide if it would be helpful if I also posted my models with the parts in position for multi-color printers. I hesitate to do that since most models that I make use more than four colors.

Your thoughts?

Teamwork,
Steve

It would be nice to have both options. On my designs, I have the positioned ones (under MMU) and standard ones (usually under Version 1). This makes it more user friendly for most people.
