I remixed this case again, this time I modified the lid again and the base. I was using the original base and my remixed M3 screw lid just fine for months. I wanted to add some sensors to the Pi using some breadboard jumpers and noticed the lid would not close all the way (the jumpers stuck up too far). So I remixed the lid again and extended it creating more room for wiring and such.
I remixed the base to add a cutout for the audio jack and to add an access notch to the microSD card. Now I can get the microSD card out without having to take out the Pi/wiring.
(Note: I increased the height of the microSD access notch after I took the picture. The STL listed here has a slightly taller notch than the one in the picture. Making it even easier to get to the card.)
This case uses M3 screws for the lid. It does not use brass inserts like the original thing.
My remixed (not extended) lid for M3 screws:

I used basic settings for this, nothing fancy. I did not have to use supports for the base.
