Could you explain me how to make the round frame has the same color? I try with stop at height but the 2 or 3 last layer change the color on frame.

P.S. My construction is a draft, so it has random colors

Génial.
Serait-il possible d'avoir une version française ou un fichier modifiable avec FreeCAD ? Merci.

Awesome.
Would it be possible to have a French version or an editable file with FreeCAD? Thank you.

Great idea! Thanks!
Could you may be tempted to do this in French? O:-) I could translate for you (of crouse) if you want.
Thanks anyway and keep on printing! :)

Könntest du das auch als Bild Datei hochladen???

Is it posable to do a version of this with a four-wheel drive of some sort or the raw file to modify ourselves?

I really want to print this model but have two questions
1) how do you achieve the multi-color pauses
2) when I import it into my slicer it is larger than my anycubic i3 mega's build plate so what size is it supposed to be?

Many slicers have such a function to pause the print at a specific height. I use Simplify3D. But cura can do this as well.
Of course you can scale the model to fit your printers bed.

Jah, Ich verstehen. VERBOTEN!!

Sorry, guess it's a semi-obscure reference. https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Blinkenlights
Seemed kinda relevant :)

Can u edit it to make darth Vader cutting off Lukes hand?

Hi, is there a svg too? I don't want to print it in 3d, I prefer a cut sign out of vinyl and would love to use this design. :-)

This is going next to my printer ASAP after it's printed of course. lol

How do you know when it has printed 2mm, 1mm etc

Every printer shows the current height. And some slicers can stop pause the print at an given height. For example Cura and simplify3D

so funny .haha !!!!!!!

When I finish my current printing project, gonna print this one! My son and I agree that it is perfect!

@GooDestroyer - it will depend on your printer and software. Mine does not 'allow' pausing of print or changing of color, so it is more difficult. But it can be done anyway. When your printer barely starts printing the layer that needs to be a different color, snip the filament and heat it and the end of the next color at the same time with a lighter, then stick the ends together before they cool.

a trick you can do if your printer doesn't have a pause or change color function is to just slice the print job into a few different parts/files. basically part 1 goes from 0-first color change height, part 2 from color change 1 height to color change 2 height, etc

I would like to print this in all 3 of these colors, but I put the .stl into my 3d printing software and I look at the layers and how they would print and I am really confused as to how I am going to get it right with all 3 of these colors in the right places. Would someone who understands please put this into 5 year old language for me to understand?

Just follow the instructions. Print 2mm in white, pause and change to red, resume printing 1mm (red), pause and change to black, resume and finish the printing. When its done you will notice how it works.

If you want a explaniation, first you will print with the white filament ( 2mm), you will pause and you have to hange to red and continue. The printer will print the red background of the warning advertisment and the first layers of the "black letters" ( it will be red, obviously). then, you will change the filament to black and the printer will make the rest of the layers of the letters but in black, so there willbe a few layers of the letters ( not the warning advertisment) printed with red filament but then it will be black since you change the filament and the printer will continue printing the rest of the layers of the letters.

That's really clever!

esta muy bueno!, se puede editar para poner en español?.Saludos.
