ehi, thanks for your project.. can i ask you how did you removed the diffuser? i tried twitsting it but all the tube starts twisting
can you make a fast video? thanks!

edit: you mean this one, right? https://i.ibb.co/RhpjXkV/IMG20190628135420-768x1024.jpg

Yes that's the one. Should have a conventional right hand thread so turning anti-clockwise to undo it. it shouldn't be that tight but sometimes can require a little effort if it's not been removed for a long time or someone over tightened the last time it was put back in. It may well be that your's has become stuck/seized for some reason (grit/limescale in the threads maybe?).

Nicely done :) What thread is this btw? I've been trying to make an angled nozzle but the thread size & pitch doesn't seem to match up (and I'm a newb with solidworks!). Looks like 26mm x 2.5 or 1" with 10 tpi... neither of which are normal!

I may end up cheating and modifying your part :)

In all honesty, I can't remember. I couldn't find anything on google to tell me what thread it was so in the end I just measured up the thread on the outlet strainer and copied it in tinkercad. you're more than welcome to utilize the thread pattern if it's of use to you, no point in wasting time trying to produce something that already exists, just chop the hose connector off the top and you're good to go. I can even upload the thread pattern on it's own if this would help you out??
