I'm printing the holder at the moment but I think I'm going to run into problems at layer 151 when it starts the bottom of the pen-holderholder 'well' - it will be trying to print where there is no infill. I have 9% (you recommend 5%)

5 minutes later: well, imagine my surprise, it's printing in mid-air! I see there are a few strings of filament supporting it, is that the slicer ot just good luck?

I'd recommend using Cura. As someone else commented already slic3r has some issues with it. Actually you don't need any infill, the walls are thick enough and close enough to be sturdy, but if you want some weight, go for 100% if you have the time ;)

Didn't print correctly from Slic3r Prusa edition, got it to print properly with Cura. First layer is smaller than the second, which kept throwing things off in Slic3r. Excellent design, holds the stylus well, looks awesome. I had forgot that I had set a Cura profile to print 100% infill, so mine has a nice amount of weight to it.
