Hey friend,

I am designer of that model!

I really like your idea of stripping down only overhangs test, great work!

You are right, this may help loads of people, thanks for posting :-).

Sincerely,
Marián Trpkoš.

Thanks. Your mini all in one design is very compact and is why I like it. Your design of a dual overhang test was really a great idea because there is a difference between a more gradual curve and a bigger one. I think the thickness was perfect too. Others that I have seen seemed way to thick.

I am sure you could design a better (micro?) version that probably has a few more features than just overhangs. The Meshmixer hack job I did of your model doesn't do it justice I think :). Maybe make use of the lower platform for a distance measurement. You usually need a really long print for steps calibration though so maybe not so useful. It looks like the width of the lower platform turned out somewhere around 33.69mm wide and the inside to inside turned out to be around 19.65mm or so. Ideally it would be 30 or 35mm and 20mm inside to inside precisely.

Thanks again for making your all in one mini test!

Hey agibson2!

I had idea to design Micro version of my test few weeks ago, but this weekend I finally found time to make and upload it!

Hope you'll like it, link is here :
