So far best MK10/MK8 extruder bracket. It can handle 40D flex with 60mm/s or more speeds. It has spring tension regulation also.
Propably would need some teflon tape to hold in place PTFE coupler.
I do NOT recommend printing "without_drilling" version, filament path isn't that smooth then. Read post-printing
Use standard included lever or whatever you call it in English. If your one is broken I'm pretty sure that this one would work just as well https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2492903
I use 1.0V Vref, I don't think that it will be jamming with lower Vref, but if it does, just increase your Vref by using motherboard potentiometer

I do recommend printing in ABS or PET-G. It isn't about durability, but about temperature resistance. Stepper motor can get pretty hot. With 1V Vref it's getting about 60*C, so it can melt down PLA. I was using PLA one for a quite some time and nothing happened, but still, I don't think that it is the greatest idea.
You need to drill filament path with 2mm dill bit. You may also need to extend screw holes (depends on your printer, sizes of holes are okay).
Version "without_drilling" obviously doesn't need any drilling, but it's not recommended, because filament path isn't that smooth
1x M5 washer (on lever to let spring spin)
3x M5 nuts (2 are to counter-tighten them on a screw, so you'll have spring holder, and one is to put in the proper hole for spring tension regulation)
1x M5 30mm screw (any type you like, I recommend hex bolt, cause you can easily print handle for it)
