This is a special tool to finish a manual made cigarrete closing its top. Is a compilation of three tools to help finishing the top. One tool compacts the tobacco at the top creating a small gap of paper. The second inducts a cone-shape to the paper gap. The third retracts the cone shaped paper to close the top of the cigarette closing the paper and avoiding the usual tobacco drop from the top. I was tired of cleaning and loosing tobacco from the cigarettes here and there, and designed this little tool to help. SAND it a bit after printing with sandpaper in the innards before use (to take rid of undesired material blobs) and water wash it. Works perfect for me ;-). Recommended print in ABS or PET.
Instructions: First use the taller tool #1 to compact the mixture on the top of the cigarrete. Second use the middle tool #2 to stretch the paper. Third use the #3 tool to close the paper. This three pass finish the cigarrete in a way the mixture doesn't fall out from the cigarrete as the end keeps closed by the remaining paper. This also allows an homogeneus and clean cigarrete termination.
IMPORTANT: Insert SLOWLY ROTATING and LIGHT pressing the cigarette at all stages. ONLY humidify it BEFORE 2nd stage. 3rd stage doesn't need rotating...
PD./ I recomend the use of this tool to help you making cigarretes, but I don't recommend to smoke them. Pics: sorry about the tobacco mess... Photos are from an early prototype that works the same way, enough to show how it works.
UPDATE (06-JUL-2018): V2 added. After some time using it, I think this an enhancement for size and print time without loosing sturdiness. I don't expect future changes as it works perfect now. Plain V2 version without handle added for those of you who requested it.
UPDATE (28-JUN-2018): Added some holes to help cleaning. Increased 3rd tool height. Added a model with a base and logo. I am done with this project.
