After I saw adrianm1972 hypercube assembly tools and after having the same problem assembling my HEVO I did my own.
This is a complete redo of the frame assembly tool from adrianm1972 for the standard HEVO 3030 frame profiles.
It's the first version, I printed one and used it one time. The frame seems to be perpendicular as ever been ;) I recordnized a small undersize in the 100 mm gap between top frame and stabilizer off 0.5 mm. Haven't installed the y aches again so far I can't say if it fits.
Do your tries, let me know your thoughts.
For sure I will figure out this undersize and I will optimize it by lowering the height, adding some holes to screw the 2l against the frame and place a 10 mm spacer to one side to ease the botoom frame assembly too.

- Added holes for mounting it against the frame
- Added spacer of 10 mm to one end
- Increased length of the inner border walls

It was the first and only print so far, I wanted it fast.
I also only used 2 perimeters so the result is a bit flimsy. It did the job ;)
