WOW. I may have to buy another printer just to keep this project going. Probably be way more expensive butt the I made every part would be interesting.

How do you know what color to print the pieces?

Are you just ripping these off of printabrick and claiming them as your own?

I don't see any other Lego death star set that is the same as the one i put on here! Look for yourself. https://www.thingiverse.com/search?q=lego+death+star&dwh=375b50b1436fabf

Might be cheaper to buy and then build, but if you do it this way, you can stand proud when you say "I built this". I'm definitely going to give this a try!

Lego stopped making this so if you want to buy it you're going to pay a lot for it. The only one on Amazon is going for $2,500.

Try Bricklink.com
Used sets go for ~500-700€ and new sets around 1100-1500€.
But even with $2500, you would be saving money if buying instead of printing! That set has 3447 pieces! And even with awesome printer with perfect tuning, you really can't beat the real thing and on build like this, it is essential pieces fit perfectly together.
If you are not insane already, you will be after trying this project! :)
If someone really has done this, I would like to know how much time it took to print and clean 3447 pieces, at which point your wife left and finally, how much glue you used to hold the pieces togerher :D

did you make this as a joke or are you actually going to print this entire set out? Ill do it becuase you posted this and I think this is a crazy idea.

Awesome ! Thank you for sharing !
