Here is a small toy version of the 1967 Lotus 49 F1 race car. All parts should print fairly well without supports. Assembly is possible without gluing but a small amount of super/model glue is recommended for a good fit. If there are any issues with the files or potential improvements please let me know in the comments. Enjoy :)
As stated in description this model was designed to technically print with no supports. Some small sections may benefit if you'd like to add some support in.
A few quick notes for assembly.
The front and rear wheels should snap very easily to the 'Spindle Left/Right' and 'Suspension Rear Left/Right' parts (pictures below).
From there press fit the 'Suspension Rear Left/Right' parts into the main body (glue may help here).
Next, fit the 'Suspension Front Left/Right' parts into their snap positions on the main body (some light sanding/shaving of the parts may be required, DO NOT GLUE, picture below).
Next, insert the 'Spindle Left/Right' into their snap position on the main body (glue may help here, picture below).
Finally snap the 'Suspension Front Left/Right' parts onto the top of the 'Spindle Left/Right' parts (glue may help here, picture below).
