I designed this for my uncle for his birthday. He's always playing this zombie game on is phone, and thought that it looked like hand cramp central, so I designed this for him.
There are cutouts for all the buttons and holes, except the camera, since it seemed like prime position for being uncomfortable when trying to use it, there is however a slight recess there so it doesn't touch the lens.
I generated the g-code in ideaMaker, face down with supports. The auto-supports missed the overhangs around the headphone jack and power input, so watch out for that, ideaMaker allows manual supports, so I added them afterwards. The normal line supports generated tore right off.
Printing face to the build plate requires the least supports, and gives the best surface on the area that will be handled the most.
Post-process as required, after tearing the supports off, I clipped off any bits that shouldn't be there, hit it with a heat gun to get rid of some hairs, then lightly sanded any areas that were sharp to the touch.
