This build is a two part box to contain and protect an OpenAPS rig consisting of a pi0 and Explorer hat, and a 2000 mah lipo battery.
Supports are needed due to a number of overhanging surfaces.
The battery box can be printed in normal orientation. The hat box should be rotated 90 degrees so that front (the side with the words HDMI, OTG and Power) is on top. This will allow the closure hooks to be printed laterally, giving them more strength.
The alternate hat box has the text removed. It should still be rotated 90 degrees when printed, with the apertures for the HDMI and USB ports on top to give the closure hooks more strength.
- Carefully remove supports. Be careful not to snap off the closure hooks.
- Insert the battery into the battery box, feeding the connector through the corner hole.
- Insert the assembled pi + explorer hat into the hat box.
- Attach the hat box to the battery box using the closure hooks.
