MGN12 rails need to be mounted to a profile or another flat surface. It is not guaranteed that they will be perfectly straight when used unsupported and usually they are not. You should change the design to include a 2020 profile for the X with the rail mounted on top It adds insignificant weight but will guarantee that the rail won't sag or bend and will be as flat as it gets. Also the poor steppers on Z will not be happy with the full weight of the bed assembly on their axles .. they are not intended to carry weight. Look at some CNC frames how they do it - the correct way would be to use a bearing pillow block which will take the weight and offload the stepper to only rotate. Plus the rods that the bed travels onto is better to be close to each other, based on the linear motion theory. Look at the HEVO Double-Z stage, You can reuse it,

Do you have a BOM of parts yet?

I see in your main image the dimensions of the 3030 extrusions. What extrusion and profile did you use for the heated bed?

Will your design work with a 310mm x 310mm heated bed?

What model linear bearing did you use?

There isn't any BOM becoise this project is inspired to the Hypercube EVO, so It uses 2020 Extrusion for heated bed, use HEVO as reference

Hey - great models, getting ready to print them all out. Getting some model errors in CURA with the bearing supports. see the picture attached. it doesn't seem to be realizing that they should both be inset, and is only doing one. is this intentional?
