The main product got discontinued, anyone know what other video glasses could work for this?

Has anyone tried this with the newer "RPi Zero W" with the built-in WiFi and LPE Bluetooth? I wanted to find out how well this works with it.

When I try to open the files an invalid public key security object file window pops up stating that this file is invalid for use as the following: certificate trust list. How do I bypass this?

Cant you like make an IR high power led ( like cree leds ) monocular night vision headset thingy from this :D? with a parts list and how to etc!
Would love that :D!

IM GOING TO TRY AND MAKE SO YOU CAN USE CREE LED

has anyone made something like this that is an eyepatch? I think that could be pretty cool.

We are the Borg, resistance is futile!

I think this Video Glasses really for me.

hi, did you print it with support or not ?

Did you purposely design the mating parts to be a line to line fit? It seems like you didn't account for manufacturing tolerances?

What material is this printed in?

I got all the pieces for it, but what I later realized is I need clear non-reading glasses for myself. Can you point to a place where I can get some that match the 3d print pattern for the glasses you have ?

I'm guessing you already thought of this, but one does have the option of knocking out the lenses of a prescription set to get a neutral prescription. :-) Otherwise, wearing glasses has become a bit stylish in Asian regions, to the point of making neutral glasses very cheap even though you might have to wait for the E-packet to arrive. :-) (Ebay or Amazon purchase) hope this helps. :-)

What units are the pieces in? Millimeters or inches?

Does anyone know a way I could pay someone to print this for me? I have everything needed for this rig already, but no access to a 3d printer.

Thanks! I did and had one made!

I'm a little confused. I thought this could be done for around 100 bucks? Reading the overview on adafruit makes it seem a bit more pricey. More like 200?
NTSC/PAL Video Glasses -110.00
Raspberry Pi - 40.00
Miniature WIreless USB Keyboard with Touchpad - 50.00
Did I miss something? Because, I hope I did! :)

You sure did....The Glasses are ~$100(yes $110). That is all.....The rest of the stuff isn't required. These glasses will connect to anything with VGA/composite out.
The keyboard, and raspberrypi aren't needed....And quite a lot of people who would build something like this, will generally already have the raspberrypi, and mini keyboard/mouse.....
So yea, about $100 to build THIS THING, not including however much the stuff you connect it to costs....

VGA huh? could i connect this i my iPhone then with an apple VGA adapter?

Any chance you guys can put up the original solids? I wan't to adapt this for a different pair of glasses.

Sure! We just added the 123Dx file, it has all the original solids so you can make a derivative.

Perfect! Thank you.

Dear God, how cool!

The video is set for private & can't be watched

Should be public now
