Hi! What should I calibrate first flow/temperature/retraction?

Flow First. It should be close to 100% but sometimes it's a few % off. Once you have a nice clean solid top layer run temperature. Once you find the best temperature. Speed temperature and part cooling all affect each other so you can go as crazy as you want to try to find the best combo. I mostly just focus on midpoint for print speed given by the manufacturer. 40~60mm/s for most filaments that are not pla. You only need to adjust retraction if you experience stringing. However, stringing can also be a side-effect of filament that has become to wet or is just the nature of the filiment.
