Hello! Nice work! I noticed there were no grooves on the card number 15. The axis can be a little easier if it'd be smooth and make one side of the blank cover and screw only at one side. Did you glue the pieces together? Good luck!

I got some time and checked the things you mentioned. You were absolutely right that the card 15 had an issue, both in the stl and the customizer. I have corrected both.

I will have to check on the card number 15, but in the meantime if you use the customizer those should have the grooves since it generates the cards from the same base.
Your idea of having a smooth rod and only having a thread at the end sounds like it could make a difference, I guess it depends on what would be more friction the whole surface of the smooth rod, or just the edges of the threads. I do have to reprint that model soon as my little son lost the cards and thread.
I did not use any glue, the rectangular body only has an opening and the cover is held in place by some edges and the thread.
